KU IT Client Consultants offer easy and ready assistance to help you succeed. Are you looking for assistance with teaching and learning tools or choosing the right printing solution? Do you need help with video, voice and data collaboration, or professional development on supported applications? Perhaps you just want to get more information about IT services and offerings. Our experienced consultants can help. By providing custom assessments, leveraging existing technology solutions or exploring new options, Client Consultants lead efforts with campus units to help manage the rapid change and complexities inherent to technology service and support operations. 

IT Client Consultants At-A-Glance:

  • First point of contact at KU IT
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to support requests for assistance
  • Assist in gathering requirements and needs, and researching solutions
  • Facilitate meetings with other IT staff as needed
  • Customer liaison for assigned units to maintain ongoing communication with KU IT
  • Provide information about customer needs to IT leadership
